Organization

Once established, rarely vanishes. What forces influence on the creation of a culture? What it invigorates and maintains these forces once they have been established? to this we add what is the role of the foundations, principles of the company established according to their objectives in relation to organizational culture? What is the role of Manager? Which of the staff, the of what customers, suppliers? Emphasis is on recall, the original culture is derived from the philosophy of the founder. This in turn influences strongly the criterion used in recruitment. The actions of the high current direction set the general climate of what is acceptable behavior and what is not. The founders of an organization traditionally have a greater impact in the initial culture of these organizations. They have a vision of how the Organization should be. They are not restricted by customs or previous ideologies.

Organizational culture is based on values, beliefs and principles that constitute the roots of the management system of an organization, as well as the set of procedures and managerial behaviors that support these basic principles. Management must be attentive when it comes to make way for the manifestation of a culture conducive to the company, that all members understand it, commit themselves take responsibility acting in pro develop in real ways to their needs and generate results where all win; In addition to culture is manifested by symbols, languages, rituals, myths, which are created and disseminated by certain managers to influence the behaviour of the members of the company.
